Details: This is a 12-step rotary encoder with gray code output and an integrated push button and a RGB LED. It could be used to implement user interfaces, for example, for parameter choice and selection (rotate and press, light/color for current value).
The axis has a full rotation and the gray code output let you able to understand in which direction the encoder has been turned.
The encoders pins are 100mill (2.55mm) spaced: you can use with any breadboard.
This unit does not come with a knob sold separately.
